Puchainu Marma

Puchainu Marma is a Co-Founder of Green Milieu and serves as the Director of Communications. He is an environmental and community development practitioner committed to advancing indigenous youth leadership, environmental protection, and community-driven solutions in Bangladesh. He is currently working with UNDP as a Project Support Assistant, contributing to ecosystem restoration and resilience initiatives. His work focuses on amplifying indigenous voices, promoting environmental justice, and strengthening grassroots efforts through storytelling, research, and advocacy. He brings experience in project coordination, communication, and documentation, and is dedicated to building resilient communities and driving meaningful change.
