SPEAK ENGAGE EMPOWER: Empowering the Youth of the Hills
In the remote hill regions, political, social, and geographical complexities have long kept communities away from the light of progress. The challenges of navigating rugged terrains often prevent new generations from accessing opportunities that are readily available in urban areas.
Today’s rapidly changing world demands more than just textbook knowledge for young people to achieve their dreams. Every year, countless graduates enter the workforce only to face the harsh realities of an evolving job market. While urban youth gain access to skill development programs, networking platforms, and international opportunities, their counterparts in the hills often remain underrepresented.
The youth of the hills possess immense potential and determination, yet lack of visibility, guidance, and opportunities diminishes the impact of their energy and creativity. Recognizing this gap, Green Milieu has initiated the “SPEAK ENGAGE EMPOWER” series—a workshop aimed at nurturing and empowering young people from indigenous communities.
Through this initiative, the program inspires, educates, and connects the youth, enabling them to reclaim their innate enthusiasm and channel it toward meaningful growth.
